The Only Under Eye Patches I Use

I love the look of under eye patches.
They’re so chic, so girly, and somehow make you feel like you’re really doing the most… while doing the least.

But as good as they look, most of them don’t live up to the hype.

I’ve tried so many over the years, and no matter the brand, they tend to have the same issues. As someone who deals with puffy under eyes and dark circles, I’m pretty particular about what I use.

Why most under eye patches fall short:

  • Too slippery to stay in place

  • Overly saturated or slimy

  • Leave behind residue on the skin

  • Can cause irritation over time

  • Prioritize aesthetics over actual results

The ones I keep coming back to

After a lot of trial and error, I found the holy grail of under eye patches that truly do it all. They are the Iced Latte Cooling Eye Masks from Lux Unfiltered.

I’ve been using these for over three years, and haven’t used another eye patch since.

What makes them different:

  • Caffeinated + cooling → instantly de-puffs and wakes up your under eyes

  • Grippy without the slime → stays in place without heaviness or wetness

  • Hydrating + soothing → leaves your skin feeling refreshed and revitalized

  • Simple, clean ingredients → gentle enough for consistent and daily use

  • Neutral + minimal look → still gives that elevated, “clean-girl on Pinterest” look

I’ve shared these with so many people, and the reaction is always the same -
“wait… these are actually sooo good.”

A small detail, but worth mentioning

Packaging isn’t everything but if something looks luxurious on my countertop, major bonus points. These get a 10/10 for quality and results, and a 12/10 for aesthetically pleasing packaging.

Everything about them feels considered. The box, the individual packets, all of it leans into that “lux” feel without being overdone or overpriced.

Where to find them

They come in a 10-pack for $32.

Final thoughts

This is one of those small additions that makes your morning routine effective and elevated with minimal effort.

They look good, they feel good, and more importantly - they actually work.
Which is why they’ve stayed in my routine for years.

A few more things

I realize not everyone wants to spend $3.20 per day on eye-patches, and I feel the same! In a perfect world with no budget, I would absolutely use these daily. However, I tend to use these on days where I wake up and need extra pep in my step, or times when I need to look and feel refreshed and awake (pre-event, pre-busy day, etc.).

I love to include these in gift baskets. They’re one of those things people don’t always buy for themselves, but immediately love once they try them, and can always appreciate recieving.

I hope you try them and love them as much as I do!

80 masks purchased from Amazon alone, and I ordered directly from the website for years. They are THAT good.
